Brain control-Monkey
In a ground-breaking 5 year experiment, scientists hook up a robotic arm controlled by a computer game to a monkey's brain. In training the monkey to move the arm by 'playing' the game with a joystick. Researchers wanted to learn more about the output of the brain and the individual brain-cell signals. However the monkey was about to do something that would make history and change the lives of those involved.

Fox News Softens Criticism of Bush from Daily Show AGAIN
Fox News took a Daily Show critique about how Bush foreign policy is overstretching the resources of the US military and turned it into a clip about how it would be funny if old people were in the army.
This video is another example of how Fox News always seems to edit for time in a way that makes Democrats look worse and Bush and the GOP look better.

Nick Pope on BBC News
Nick Pope used to run the British Government's UFO project at the Ministry of Defence. Initially sceptical, his research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon and access to formerly classified government files on the subject soon convinced him that the phenomenon raised important defence and national security issues, especially when the witnesses were military pilots or where UFOs were tracked on radar. Nick also looked into other mysteries such as alien abductions, crop circles and ghosts. NBC news: Chemtrails over California
What are Chemtrails?
Streaks of chemicals created in the air by spray systems on airplanes at any altitude. Chemicals are sprayed via planes for many purposes including crop dusting and mosquito control. Also fuel is sometimes dumped to reduce weight before landing. But within the Chemtrail observer community Chemtrails are the product of an active large scale operation.
Chemtrails are said to vary from contrails in their length of persistence.
What the hell is really going on?
Some people are reporting what they describe to be unusual activity in the sky, including jets leaving trails at low altitudes, spray lines creating X's, S's and parallel lines, lines that slowly spread to create a canopy of haze, and reports of unusual smells, tastes, and even illness related to the trails.
Also, a reddish-brown gel, dropped from low-flying aircraft, has been observed by people in the past and was even documented on Unsolved Mysteries. Samples of this substance have been alledgedly analyzed by Margareta-Erminia Cassani and found to be teaming with biological organisms.
The Little Girl Giant
Created by Royal De Luxe, a french troup of street puppeteers, this giant little girl marionette is animated by a dozen puppeteers and a crane. And if you think the little girl is tall, her elephant is on the same relative scale and almost reaches the 4th floor, and weights as much as 7 african elephants. Both are part of Royal De Luxe latest spectacle called The Sultan's Elephant, or in french "La Visite du Sultan des Indes sur son Éléphant à voyager dans le Temp".
In the year 1900, a humble engineer began work on the construction of a prodigious elephant which could travel throught Time. The reason was this: His Sultan was haunted by a vision of a young girl moving through time...
The scale of the puppets and the humans makes me think of Gulliver's Travels, the animation in the eyes of the little girl is amazing, and the whole Jule Verne inspired spectacle is absolutely incredible. The Sultan's Elephant was performing in London last month, but will continue touring in Europe until the end of the year. I would love to see it in person.

Former member of Congress, Cynthia McKinney (D-GA), shares her views on stopping the Iraqi War at the "March on the Pentagon" rally. She charged: "The country has been hijacked." McKinney added: "Why is Impeachment off the table?" The demonstration was held on March 17, 2007. It began at Constitution Ave. and 23rd St. in Washington, DC. The protesters then paraded across the Arlington Memorial Bridge and walked about one mile to the Pentagon. The huge rally was organized by the ANSWER coalition.

A 9/11 truth organization supporting and attempting to speak with Rosie O'Donnell about her recent comments regarding the September 11 attacks outside the ABC studios were harassed and intimidated by New York City police, a scene that caused O'Donnell to prematurely leave.
O'Donnell has been attacked by Neo-Con webzines over the last few days but completely ignored by the corporate media for controversial comments questioning the official 9/11 story.
Police were out in force to harass a group of about twenty 9/11 truth movement activists, led by Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change, telling them to take down signs, turn off video cameras and cell phones, checking ID's and taking information - despite the fact that they were simply news gathering and exercising their first amendment.
Officers were uncomfortable that their own image would be caught on camera, despite their demands for information from the group and a myriad of surveillance cameras pointed at the protesters from police cars and nearby buildings.
Cops soon asked the small party to leave, yelling at them "the party's over," but Rudkowski and his cameramen withstood the intimidation and refused to go, despite being aggressively questioned on numerous occasions.
Eventually, an ABC representative emerged to inform the group that O'Donnell had left as a consequence of the police presence.
A New York Post reporter was also outside the studios attempting to talk to O'Donnell after she reportedly mentioned 9/11 truth again on her show today. It remains to be seen whether the statement is edited out of the episode which is set to air tomorrow, but sources inside The View expect that to be the case.LIEN

Pentagon Prevents Immortal Technique from Joining Rally
The Pentagon and Virginia State Police, many clad in riot gear, wearing gas masks and wielding batons, blocked people coming from the subway/metro who wanted to attend the demonstration. They also blocked buses from accessing the Pentagon in contravention of the agreements reached in the permit. This required people to walk nearly two miles to get to their buses following the rally.
Many people who came to the rally after it had begun - some who had seen the huge march at a distance as it crossed over the Memorial Bridge across the roadways and wanted to then join the activity - were blocked by the Pentagon and the police from entering the rally site through a maze of misdirection, road closures and threats of arrest at multiple different locations. The
ANSWER Coalition worked to get people in, and ANSWER organizers and our attorneys went to the site of sudden police confrontations and shutdowns, but many people were still unable to get in including the hip-hop artist Immortal Technique who was scheduled to perform.
Like so many other people, the hip-hop artist Immortal Technique's travel plans to get to the demonstration, seemed so daunting as to be virtually impossible. But due to his determination and his resourcefulness, he found a way to overcome cancelled flights and frozen roads. Although he rebooked flights in order to land in North Carolina, personally rented a car and drove it to Washington, D.C., the Pentagon and law enforcement blocked him from coming into the rally where he was going to perform. We urge everyone to read Immortal Technique's compelling account -- which is both a narrative and a political commentary. "First and foremost I would like to congratulate the organizers of ANSWER and in specific Brian, Amelia, Peta, and Sarah and the many others who reached out to me and who I saw make a powerful statement today.
I am not a big fan of marches and rallies because I have always believed that the system must be attacked economically above all. But, if coordinated well, they can effect change and remind people that this war is still costing lives and no matter who the father of Anna Nicole's Baby is or who wins the next season of American Idol or what new song is on the radio, people are dying, both from this country and in massive numbers in the Iraqi Civil War. March 17th, even with all the problems we faced, was a success in reminding people of the insurmountable evidence of corruption, self righteous moral depravity, and dishonesty present within our government... Because we have issue with the administration we should not be painted as people who despise their country. If I am not pleased with a book I read or a movie I watch that doesn't mean I hate the concept of film in general or that I take issue with printed literature on a whole. The administration presently tries to attach itself to the idea of America as if they were the far right standard by which all should be judged by as Americans. This White House after all just concerns itself with the well being of its stock holders, make-shift praetorian guard of politicians and political contributors.

So in order to try and make the Pentagon on March 17th since my flight out of Atlanta was canceled I flew into Greensboro and drove through the radio span of about 54 Christian Radio, Top 40 and Country Music stations. There were some songs like this one right here that I had to listen to all the way through even though they were lyrically abhorrent. I guess it was just like people who slow down on the highway to watch a terrible car accident. Musical Rubbernecking is what I called it, to bear witness to just about the most ridiculous piece of musical propaganda that isn't based on any facts but rather someone's uninformed and uncultured back road view of America and what we are fighting over. I only heard the song but now that I've seen the video, it really makes me wonder how anyone from the right wing can accuse the resistance of using music or religion to promote their political agenda. It also makes me wonder what the future generations of this nation will be like.
"At any rate after my arrival in DC late on the 16th I woke up and got ready to check out and go to the Pentagon when everywhere began to shut down. I went over the key bridge and parked in the South Parking of the Pentagon when I was abruptly told by Pentagon Police that I needed to get to the North Side. After some directional confusion and them closing 27 to prevent me from going in there, Sarah Sloan tirelessly guided me back through the maze of area highways. I was entering the North Parking at which point 2 Pentagon police motorcycles rolled up and sent me back, then after circling and trying again I was at the point where the entry was for all the buses entering. There 4 police cars detained me and asked me who I was and what my relationship was to the event. When I told them why I was there they immediately demanded that I leave. They claimed that other officers must not know that this section was closed. And I thought about how difficulty in communication across the parking lot was a blatant farce. One said I should park my car in one of the local parking lots and then try the underpass and walk in, which I did but by that time it was 3:30 and as I parked my car and walked in again there was a police presence there that was sending not just myself but everyone else back.
"They said they had to arrest people for walking in the wrong areas and for not respecting the boundaries and were basically just trying to dissuade anyone from the street who had seen the march from a distance from joining it. Several local residents were there with me and were told to leave as well. I took a bus towards Arlington and then they shut that passage down too. I say all this not to complain because I expected as much but to point out that we should expect this and if this is going to be done again we should have back up plans, people on the perimeter other ideas I'm thinking of discussing with ANSWER personally etc… Less than a football field away I was blocked, followed out, cornered by cop cars, surrounded twice and turned back several times. It was an attempt to discourage myself and others, to make it as difficult as legally and illegally possible during that period of time to get in. I didn't expect them to be hospitable or helpful in any way but they did nothing to stop the message or dissuade me in any way. In fact they just doubled my resolve and reaffirmed how committed and focused we have to be in these times.

Many people who came to the rally after it had begun - some who had seen the huge march at a distance as it crossed over the Memorial Bridge across the roadways and wanted to then join the activity - were blocked by the Pentagon and the police from entering the rally site through a maze of misdirection, road closures and threats of arrest at multiple different locations. The
ANSWER Coalition worked to get people in, and ANSWER organizers and our attorneys went to the site of sudden police confrontations and shutdowns, but many people were still unable to get in including the hip-hop artist Immortal Technique who was scheduled to perform.
Like so many other people, the hip-hop artist Immortal Technique's travel plans to get to the demonstration, seemed so daunting as to be virtually impossible. But due to his determination and his resourcefulness, he found a way to overcome cancelled flights and frozen roads. Although he rebooked flights in order to land in North Carolina, personally rented a car and drove it to Washington, D.C., the Pentagon and law enforcement blocked him from coming into the rally where he was going to perform. We urge everyone to read Immortal Technique's compelling account -- which is both a narrative and a political commentary. Immortal Technique's message below should be read and circulated to your e-mail address book and to e-mail lists everywhere.

Russian Rocket Boots
This is a Russian TV news report on the russian made "Power Boots", also known as "Seven League Boots", or "Quickwalker Boots", or "Saigak boots", which is the russian word for a kind of elk.
The boots were created by a russian scientist Viktor Gordeyev. Each boot includes a single diesel cylinder which is powered by diesel fuel.
The boots make it possible for the wearer to increase their running and walking speed up to 25 miles per hour or more.

Detonated at a height between 150 to 300 miles above the continental U.S., one nuclear warhead or EMP could cripple the United States – knocking out electrical power and circuit boards and rendering the U.S. domestic communications impotent.

America could fall prey to such internal turmoil with just trying to survive (especially within cities) that our way of life would be permanently changed. Our infrastructure has become so dependent upon electricity and technology that without it America would self-destruct.

To get out of your urban area before the chaos begins, with as many emergency supplies and protective equipment as possible, may most likely be your best chance of survival.

America needs to be knocked from its superpower status before it is ready to be a part of the New World Government. Au moment où nous voyons remis en cause le socle des conquêtes sociales de la Libération, nous, vétérans des mouvements de Résistance et des forces combattantes de la France Libre (1940-1945), appelons les jeunes générations à faire vivre et retransmettre l'héritage de la Résistance et ses idéaux toujours actuels de démocratie économique, sociale et culturelle.
Soixante ans plus tard, le nazisme est vaincu, grâce au sacrifice de nos frères et soeurs de la Résistance et des nations unies contre la barbarie fasciste. Mais cette menace n'a pas totalement disparu et notre colère contre l'injustice est toujours intacte.
Nous appelons, en conscience, à célébrer l'actualité de la Résistance, non pas au profit de causes partisanes ou instrumentalisées par un quelconque enjeu de pouvoir, mais pour proposer aux générations qui nous succèderont d'accomplir trois gestes humanistes et profondément politiques au sens vrai du terme, pour que la flamme de la Résistance ne s'éteigne jamais :

Sécurité sociale et retraites généralisées, contrôle des « féodalités économiques », droit à la culture et à l'éducation pour tous, presse délivrée de l'argent et de la corruption, lois sociales ouvrières et agricoles, etc. Comment peut-il manquer aujourd'hui de l'argent pour maintenir et prolonger ces conquêtes sociales, alors que la production de richesses a considérablement augmenté depuis la Libération, période où l'Europe était ruinée ?
Les responsables politiques, économiques, intellectuels et l'ensemble de la société ne doivent pas démissionner, ni se laisser impressionner par l'actuelle dictature internationale des marchés financiers qui menace la paix et la démocratie.
