FEMA Camp Information
FEMA was created on April 1, 1979 pursuant to President Jimmy Carter’s Executive Order 12127. It amalgamated the Federal Insurance Administration, the National Fire Prevention and Control Administration, the National Weather Service Community Preparedness Program, the Federal Preparedness Agency and the Federal Disaster Assistance Administration activities formerly carried out by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. It also took over Civil Defense from the Department of Defense, which was in charge of preparing citizens for military attack.
Wow! That sounds great! All those words! However, if you look into the organization a little further, you’ll see that it’s not as innocent as it seems.
Here’s some background information about FEMA. In April of 1984, President Ronald Reagan signed Presidential Director Number 54, which allowed FEMA to initiate a national “readiness exercise”, called REX-84. REX-84 is a plan by the United States federal government to detain large numbers of American citizens in case of massive civil unrest or national emergency. In other words, Americans can be thrown into “internment camps” at any time, similar to what happened to the Jews in Nazi Germany.
The Miami Herald, in 1987, claimed that “The camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States”. Martial Law is a state of emergency when the Federal Government has control of everything and the Constitution can be suspended. It’s scary that all that power belongs to one person, the President.
If REX-84 is initiated, Operation Cable Splicer and Operation Garden Plot will be implemented as well.
Operation Cable Splicer is a program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. It was said to have been created in case of mass exodus of illegal aliens across the U.S./Mexican border. Mexicans would be detained in FEMA detention camps and held temporarily until they could be shipped back to Mexico. However, our country’s border policy under George W. Bush has been, for the most part, nonexistent.
Below are some very important and downright scary Executive Orders to be used “in case of a national emergency”. Executive Orders are defined as decrees that are issued by the President of the United States and which carry the force of law when activated by a president. What makes this so dangerous is that the decision to declare martial law and take full control of the United States can be made by one person, at any time, for any length of time. This is not a conspiracy theory; this is law.
10995 - Federal seizure of all communications media in the United States.
10997 - Federal seizure of all electric power, fuels, minerals, public and private.
10998 - Federal seizure of all food supplies and resources, public and private and all farms and equipment.
10999 - Federal seizure of all means of transportation, including cars, trucks, or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports and water ways.
11000 - Federal seizure of American people for work forces under federal supervision, including the splitting up of families if the government so desires.
11001 - Federal seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and private.
11002 - Empowers the Postmaster General to register all men, women and children in the United States of America.
11003 - Federal seizure of all airports and aircraft.
11004 - Federal seizure of all housing and finances and authority to establish Forced Relocation. Authority to designate areas to be abandoned as "unsafe," establish new locations for the populations, relocate communities, build new housing with public funds.
11005 - Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, both public and private.
11051 - Provides FEMA complete authorization to put above orders into effect in times of increased international tension of economic or financial crisis (FEMA will be in control in case of "National Emergency").
Operation Garden Plot is another part of REX-84 created to control the population. It is defined as “a general U.S. Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States”. Remember that it is the exclusive right of the President of the United States to define what he considers “a major domestic civil disturbance”.

Skepticism towards the 9/11 official story reached the Australian Supreme Court this week after a lawyer asserted that the attacks were not orchestrated by Osama bin Laden during the trial of an alleged terror group in Melbourne.
"To say that this was all orchestrated by Osama bin Laden is a silly thing to do. He's never claimed responsibility for it," Remy van de Wiel QC told the Australian jury.

Martial Law Is Coming

There you are, sitting fat and happy watching your favorite ball game. It's the bottom of the ninth when WHAMO! A blackout hits and off goes everything powered by AC. The first thing you do instinctively is to look outside for bad weather. But as the sun sets, it's quite clear that it's still the same blue sky you saw all day today. We'll just wait a while and it the power will come back on. It always does.
You call your friend on the other side of town using your cell phone. His power is out too. But you are alerted that your battery is running low, and decide to hang up to conserve it. You ask your family where the flashlight is and put it to work as it begins to get dark. A quick call to the power company yields a soft, melodic voice telling you "Crews are working on the problem. No estimated time of repair is given. Thank you for your patience." Your past experience tells you to forbid anyone to open the fridge, because you want it to retain all the cold you can and keep food in the freezer from melting.
It's getting near midnight and still there is no power. Six hours have passed since it went off. When you try your friend across town, your cell phone shows no signal. That's because the mandatory four hours of backup for the cell tower has long expired. You toss your cell phone down in disgust. Groping around with your flashlight you help your family get to bed. Computers, phones and everything AC powered just isn't working. Everyone might as well go to bed, and so everyone does just that. Things will be better in the morning.
In the morning, you unplug the wireless phone from the wall and plug in your old 70's old faithful telephone from the closet that doesn't need power to work. When you pick it up, there still isn't any dial tone. Then it hits you you and your family are cut off from the world! Out to your vehicle you wander half-dressed, thinking about the food in the fridge starting to melt away into slop. Turning on the car radio yields something you never, ever thought you'd ever hear "There was an attack or something happened to the power grid, it's still unclear. Power will not be restored for at least several MONTHS. Stay tuned for more on this emergency radio station for as long as we can still transmit."
Panic starts to set in. Missing last night's ball game suddenly becomes totally irrelevant to you and your family. Your wife hears the broadcast and instinctively looks to you for answers. Her tough, modern-independent-woman persona has suddenly vanished and now she says, "Honey, I'm scared to death - what are we going to do?" The children begin to cry because they too, know this is all bad.
You quickly assess the situation. Fuel is needed to run the generator which you bought right after the last power failure. But five gallons of gas only runs it about 12 hours, so you decide to head up to the gas station with all the empty containers you have. At least you'll be able to bring home enough fuel to run it for a couple days. You begin to drive around, only to find gas stations are closed everywhere. Then you find one, which is apparently still open by the line of cars you see a half-mile long. You look down at your gas gauge as you get in line you've got a half tank of gas. There's no way to tell your wife where you are and that you won't be home for hours.
As you sit in that painful line waiting for your turn, you find that at least you have enough cash to fill the cans and jugs you brought along. While you're waiting, you start seeing National Guard vehicles going by and other vehicles with Canadian flags. "What are they doing here?" you ask yourself. And then there are the super-mad people, who waited in line only to find out they cannot use their bank cards to buy gasoline because the banking networks are down. These people storm off like angry hornets. Finally, two hours later it's your turn to fill up everything you have including your car. And you realize the price has been jacked up to scalp you by more than a dollar a gallon. This simple fuel stop has cost you more than $100.00 - in fact all the cash you had except for the fifty cents left.
Driving back home you turn up the radio again. Why are they talking about condition red? What's that all about? Two hours left to get off the streets? Here and there on major highways you see soldiers starting to set up what look like road blocks, with nearby areas surrounded by Concertina wire. These look like they are for detaining people. Why would they be doing this? "Do they know something I don't?" you ask yourself. You spot a big grocery store, but the sign says "Closed sold out." And there's an army vehicle nearby with two men openly brandishing machine guns and red Maple-leaf flags on their arms, staring right at you. Guess it's time to head home.
As you pull into your driveway you see military Hum-Vs driving around your neighborhood warning everyone that "Martial law has been declared and you are to stay inside your home - or you will be arrested or shot on sight." And they aren't American either! Oh God, they just MIGHT shoot if I go out again! Now it's REALLY getting scary. Your mind races with questions "What about my wife's medications she must take every day to prevent stroke, and my son's Asthma medicine? They can die without these medicines! What about food?"
Suddenly, you feel a terror like you never felt before. How could this happen in America of all places?
Unfortunately, the above scenario is just the beginning of what will happen. No gasoline can be pumped out of storage tanks at gas stations without power, no bank cards will work anymore and very few gas stations have backup generators. Public water will stop working, as generators for the water supply plants, pumping stations and wells run out of fuel.
Los Angeles alone has several giant one thousand horsepower pumps that pump water from the Colorado River over a mountain to LA. This IS their main water supply, and these pumps require so much power to run the facility that it has its own high voltage substation connected to cross-country high tension lines. Food and fuel cannot be delivered to gas stations anywhere because martial law will prohibit the truckers from driving. If a fire breaks out, an entire city or neighborhood can burn to the ground because there will no way to put out the fire without water from the public water supply.
Natural gas pipelines use compressors along their routes, which are actually fueled by the very natural gas they are pumping. These require no AC power to pump natural gas. However, loss of AC power will cause instrumentation to shut down as a needed safety measure, and this could shut down the entire gas pipeline. High pressures are involved, and without instrumentation, metering and computers pipeline operators would be running blind which is too dangerous. No more natural gas for cooking, hot water or heating. And the operators will immediately return home to their families. After all, what do they have to gain by staying at their jobs? There will not be any further paychecks.
Water treatment plants require massive pumps to filter and pressurize water mains. When AC power fails so will the water supply fail, when generators run out of diesel fuel. Water company workers will also head straight home to be with their families when condition red takes place rather than have to live for years at a water treatment plant, eventually starving to death.
Sewer systems today all require massive pumps to process sewage, grind up solids, power rakes that constantly skim and scrape tanks to clear debris and filter the effluent. Gravity filtered sewage treatment plants are a thing of the past. Many neighborhoods in cities across America have pumping stations installed deep below street level. These pumps grind up and pump sewage under pressure up to a sewer line. This is required because the "lay of the land" puts people's basements below the level of the gravity-powered main sewer line. When these pumps go down from lack of power, entire neighborhoods will have toilets back up. Sinks, showers, bathtubs etc will no longer work, and will become serious health hazards. It was sewage material carried by rats that started the Plague of Europe. Cholera is yet another serious hazard, and so is Staphylococcus among others.
Though newer homes have sewer and water main check valves, there is no guaranty they will always work properly when needed. Imagine sewage backing up into your home, and you can't even go outside to get away from it without being shot or arrested. And even worse, there won't be any running water available to flush the filth out of your home. You'll either have to live with it - along with the flies and disease that go with it, or go outside and be arrested or shot.
Now, you think this is as bad as it gets? No it isn't. Without food, tens or even hundreds of millions of people will literally starve to death. Some will resort to cannibalism, as the pain of hunger is beyond comprehension to ordinary people. This is what happened when a group of people in a plane crashed high in the Andes mountains many years ago - they survived by resorting to cannibalism. That is, if you don't literally die of thirst before hand.
Though the water no longer flows from the tap in an extended power failure and toilets no longer can flush, human beings will continue to create excrement of two kinds, as well material from women who menstruate. All this waste must be put somewhere.
Is this the end of it? No, because winter will come sooner or later. That brings on an entire new set of problems if you live in cold areas of America, including the added risk of hypothermia and pneumonia. And through all this you remember some of the last words you heard on your car radio in the garage before it finally stopped working as the result of a dead car battery and no gasoline. "Those who can't deal with the stress are to go out to the curb, lay face down with their hands over their head and wait for a patrol to pick them up. They will be taken to a government camp where their needs will be taken care of."
Other final words informed you that "All bank funds and stocks have been confiscated during martial law to pay for the tremendous costs the government incurred enforcing martial law. This was necessary because revenue from all forms of taxes had ceased during martial law." You suddenly realize that you're penniless and without a job.
But then, what good would your money do you? Without the banking network operational you will have no way to access that money anyway. And even if you had all that cash with you now, what could you buy with it and where would you buy it? Finally you understand the horror you and your family are prisoners in your own home.
The above scenario is an attempt to detail the implications of simply losing AC power in America. Most likely all these same horrors would happen anywhere else in the world this happens, too. Just ask the people of Iraq what it's like without power.
Could this be what the future holds under our "New Freedom?" Are we to sit around and simply wait for this nightmare-from-hell scenario to unfold? I'll let the reader fill in the blanks here.

"The Lone Gunmen" TV Show Foreshadows 9/11
On March 4, 2001—exactly six months and one week before 9/11—The Lone Gunmen television show, a spinoff from The X-Files, premiered on FOX.
In that pilot episode, Byers' father faked his own death in order to uncover a conspiracy to hijack a commercial airliner, and crash it into what turned out to be the World Trade Center. This episode, and those that followed it, received positive reviews, but FOX cancelled the show due, it said, to a drop in ratings.
The following series of clips from that pilot episode are somewhat more extensive than what has been available on YouTube to date, detailing some of the possible similarities between fact and fiction than had been available before.
Dr. Condoleezza Rice said that, before 9/11, no one anticipated airliners being used as weapons. Given that the government had anticipated this (even considered perpetrating a similar scenario!) as far back as Operation Northwoods and as recently as the "terror drills" it was sponsoring that day, not only is Dr. Rice's statement patently false, but also—strangely enough—the fictional "Lone Gunmen" seem to have anticipated this, as the following clips plainly demonstrate.

Their friendship began half way across the world in Iraq, when St. Petersburg native Major Brian Dennis encountered a mixed breed dog in Anbar Province. The dog had been savagely abused and his ears cut off.
The marine decided to call him Nubbs.
In e-mails to his mother, Marsha Cargo in Tierra Verde, Major Dennis wrote how he was "dumbfounded" when he learned Nubbs' ears were cut off purposely by an Iraqi to make him tough and more alert. Nubbs, he said, was ordained a fighting dog.
Four months passed, and the bond between man and his four legged friend grew. Nubbs, was dealt severe blows in his short life, including being stabbed by a screwdriver. The major shared his distress with mother.
"He tried sleeping with him that night because it was 18 degree temperature and he was afraid he was not going to live through the night. So out of his back pack, he took Neosporin and covered the wound," Cargo said.
Major Dennis nursed Nubbs back to health...and here is where this friendship takes a remarkable turn: Major Dennis was ordered to move his squadron 70 miles away. He complied.
His mother shared her son's surprise of a lifetime, "Two days later he was out there working on a vehicle in the front yard and all of a sudden here comes Nubbs. He had tracked Brian 70 miles across the desert in 18 degree temperature while being wounded."
Despite strict rules, Major Dennis wrote to his mother, he had to help this dog. "I won't even address the gauntlet. He had to run off a pack of dogs, wolves and god knows what else to get here...when he arrived he looked like he had been through a war zone," Dennis wrote.
Weeks went by, and Nubbs was dealt another blow,
"Someone told on them that they had the dog and they had 4 days to get rid of him or Nubbs was going to be shot," Cargo said.
That's when the Marine made it his mission to get Nubbs to safety. He wrote, "Nubbs was going to America, this dog had been through a lifetime of fighting war, abuse, and had tracked our team over 70 miles of harsh desert (and) was going to live the good life."
The major started an e-mail campaign that crisscrossed continents. Within two days there was three thousand dollars to bring Nubbs home.
"The hardest part was getting him across the Jordanian border," Cargo told us.
But, in keeping with the rest of this story, the duo defied the odds. Major Dennis was able to get Nubbs into Jordan. A family here in The U.S. will take care of him there until these friends can be reunited.
"I almost feel like Brian is his guardian angel and maybe he is Brian's guardian angel," Cargo said.

A Shreveport police officer has been fired after an incident in which a female prisoner taken into custody on suspicion of DWI wound up lying on a floor at the police station in a pool of blood.
Much of what happened was recorded on a videotape -- but there is a gap of undetermined length. During that time, the woman wound up injured. She said she was beaten up; the officer said she fell.

BBC documentary film series, written and produced by Adam Curtis. The series is subtitled The Rise of the Politics of Fear.
The film consists of three 1-hour parts, which were first broadcast in the UK in late 2004. It compares the rise of the American Neo-Conservative movement and the radical Islamist movement, makes comparisons on their origins and suggests a strong connection between the two.
The first part of the series explains the origins of Islamism and Neo-Conservatism.
It shows Egyptian civil servant Sayyid Qutb, the founder of Islamism, visiting America to learn about the education system but becoming disgusted with what he saw as a corruption of morals and virtues in western society through individualism. When he returns to Egypt he is disturbed by westernization under President Nasser and Qutb establishes the Muslim Brotherhood, and after being tortured in one of Nasser's jails comes to believe that western-influenced leaders can justly be killed for the sake of removing their corruption. Qutb is executed in 1966, but he inspires the future mentor of Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, to start his own secret Islamist group. Inspired by the 1979 Iranian revolution, Zawahiri and his allies assassinate Egyptian president Anwar Al Sadat in 1981 in hopes of starting their own revolution. The revolution does not materialize, and Zawahiri comes to believe that the majority of Muslims have been corrupted by their western-inspired leaders and thus may be legitimate targets of violence if they do not join him.
At the same time in America, a group of disillusioned liberals including Irving Kristol and Paul Wolfowitz look to the political thinking of Leo Strauss after the general failure of President Johnson's "Great Society". They come to the conclusion that the emphasis on individual liberty was the undoing of the plan, and envision restructuring America by uniting the American people against a common enemy through fear. These factions, the Neo-Conservatives, come to power under the Reagan administration with their allies Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld and work to unite the United States in fear and hatred of the Soviet Union. The Neo-Conservatives allege the Soviet Union is not following the terms of disarmament between the two countries, and with the investigation of "Team B" they accumulate a case to prove this with dubious evidence and methods. President Reagan is convinced nonetheless.
The title of this episode is taken from a popular song which Qutb heard played at a church-organised dance for young people, which he saw as symptomatic of the immorality of American society.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - The European Union's top justice official on Wednesday called for a massive shake-up of the bloc's border security, recommending that all visitors be screened and fingerprinted and a satellite surveillance system be set up to keep illegal migrants out.
EU Justice Commissioner Franco Frattini said EU nations had to use "the most advanced technology to reach the highest level of security" to prevent visitors from overstaying their welcome in Europe and to prevent terrorists from entering. Frattini's proposals, if approved by all 27 EU governments, would represent one of the largest security overhauls in the EU and could cost billions of euros.
Civil liberties and human rights advocates have already criticized the plans as an attempt to keep out unwanted foreigners from Africa and other poor regions under the veiled excuse of fighting crime and terrorism. They also decry the plans as an attempt to move to a surveillance society, trampling on the right to privacy.
The sweeping measures would replicate many of the border checks already being rolled out in the United States, but would go further in demanding EU citizens also submit fingerprints to participate in computerized fast-track entry-exit customs controls.
Frattini said the proposals would safeguard the union's passport-free travel zone, which includes 24 countries. The proposals are also designed to prevent visitors from entering Europe illegally or overstaying their visas.
The plans foresee collecting fingerprints or other biometric identifiers of visitors to record their entry and exit, as well as an electronic visa system similar to one already being used in Australia, which would give an "electronic travel authorization" to visitors before they book flights.
Wednesday's border plans would come on top of a separate proposal to collect detailed data on airline passengers flying into the 27-nation union amid warnings that the threat of terrorist attacks remains high.
Such a system, modeled on one adopted by the U.S., would store 19 pieces of sensitive passenger information — including e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and payment details of flight tickets — for 13 years.
The plan now goes to the EU parliament and council of ministers before it can become law.

FOX-5 Reports 9/11/01: WTC-7 Collapsed Before Actual Event
Another clear cut case of the media on 9/11/01 being fed a cover story on WTC-7's collapse before the actual event. In this clip, the anchors for FOX-5 in Washington DC on 9/11/01 report that WTC-7 had already collapsed and then they watch WTC-7 collapse seconds in their own video footage just after they already reported that the collapse already happened. This is more evidence that WTC-7 was brought down in a controlled demolition. KVUE News 3, ABC's Austin affiliate, covered country music legend Willie Nelson's statements about 9/11 he made yesterday on the Alex Jones Show.
The news brief included a snippet of Nelson asking rhetorically, "How naive are we?" before a short story about what it referred to as "controversial statements" Nelson made about the twin towers' apparent demolition on 9/11.
KVUE did not refute the claims or make an attempt to belittle the claims, though it did mention some of his other political remarks-- against the Iraq War and for Kinky Friedman's bid for Governor of Texas.

Ils ont rencontré les autorités américaines et ont pu réunir des informations sur les japonais disparus.

Donc, vous dites qu’au moins 20 japonais ont été victimes de ce crime et qu'ils travaillaient à New York.
Il y avait aussi des Japonais dans les avions détournés.

Nous avons trouvé les corps d'une douzaine de victimes japonaises des attaques du 11 septembre.
Nous avons aussi été informés par les autorités américaines de la mort de 11 autres personnes. Cela fait au total 24 victimes japonaises, dont 2 dans les avions.

L'une d'elles était à bord du Vol 93 et l'autre à bord du Vol 11 d'American Airlines.
Comment savons-nous cela ?
Eh bien, je n'ai pas l'information sous les yeux, mais les autorités américaines nous l'ont affirmé, et ils utilisent en général les tests ADN.
Nous pensons donc que c'est comme cela que nous avons été informés de l'identité de ces deux personnes.

Vous dites également que vous pensez qu'il y a eu des tests ADN, mais vous n'en êtes pas sûr.
Ce que je veux dire aujourd'hui, c'est qu'il s'agissait d'un crime, et les crimes doivent donner lieu à des enquêtes.
Le gouvernement doit donc tenir informées les familles des victimes des résultats de leur enquête. Aussi, au lieu de seulement commémorer chaque année l'anniversaire du 11/9, vous devriez récolter des informations et agir en conséquence.
Au cours des six dernières années, avez-vous fourni des informations aux familles des victimes ? J'aimerais que le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères réponde.

Donc, vous ne demandez plus comment nous avons confirmé la mort de japonais, mais vous voulez savoir quelles informations nous avons données aux familles des victimes.
Nous avons fourni aux familles des informations sur les corps et à propos du fond de compensation. Aussi, concernant les 13 japonais dont les restes ont été retrouvés, nous avons aidé les familles à s'occuper des corps.
Et chaque anniversaire, nous prenons financièrement en charge la visite des familles au site du World Trade Center.

Je n'ai pas beaucoup de temps. Parlons de toutes les informations qui ont été dissimulées, et des doutes que des gens du monde entier ont à propos du 11/9.
Beaucoup de sceptiques sont des gens influents. En de telles circonstances je crois que le gouvernement japonais qui affirme que les attentats ont été perpétrés par Al Qaida devrait fournir ces nouvelles informations aux familles des victimes.
Dans ce contexte j'aimerais poser quelques questions.
J'aimerais demander à tous les membres de cette assemblée de regarder les photos et les images que je vous ai fournies.
Elles constituent des preuves concrètes, sous forme de photographies et d'autres éléments d'information.
Sur la première photo, une simulation informatique montre combien était grand l'avion qui a frappé le Pentagone.
Un 757 est un assez gros avion, d'une largeur de 38 mètres.
Comme vous le voyez, bien qu'un gros avion ait frappé le Pentagone, il y a seulement un trou trop petit pour cet avion.
Sur cette photo nous voyons des pompiers au travail, et aucun dégât qu'un avion aussi gros ait pu provoquer.
Regardez la pelouse devant, et remarquez qu'il n'y a aucun débris d'avion.
Regardons la troisième photo - également du Pentagone - prise d'un reportage télévisé américain. Le texte explique que le toit du Pentagone est encore intact.
À nouveau, bien qu'un gros avion soit supposé s'être écrasé là, les dégâts ne correspondent pas.
Passons maintenant à la photo suivante, qui montre un trou. Comme le sait le Ministre Komura, le Pentagone est un immeuble très solide, et comporte beaucoup de murs.
Pourtant l'avion les a traversés.
Mais comme vous le savez, les avions sont faits des matériaux les plus légers qui soient.
Un avion fait de tels matériaux ne pourrait faire un trou comme celui-là.
Maintenant voici une photo qui montre comment l'avion a frappé l'immeuble.
L'avion a fait demi-tour, évitant les bureaux du Ministère de la Défense pour frapper la seule partie du Pentagone qui avait été renforcée pour résister à une attaque à la bombe.
Au milieu de la page 5, nous pouvons lire le commentaire d'un responsable de l'US Air Force.
"J'ai piloté les deux types d'avions utilisés le 11/9, et je ne peux pas croire qu'il soit possible, pour quelqu'un qui en pilote un pour la première fois, de réussir une telle manœuvre."
Aussi, comme vous le savez, ils n'ont pas retrouvé les enregistreurs de vols de la plupart des avions.
Il y avait plus de 80 caméras de sécurité au Pentagone, mais ils ont refusé de produire la plupart des séquences vidéos.
Comme vous avez pu le constater, il n'y a pas d'image de l'avion ou de ses débris sur aucune de ces photos.
Il est très étrange qu'aucune de ces images ne nous ait été montrée.

Comme vous le savez, les forces de défense japonaises ont leur QG à Ichigaya.
Pouvez-vous imaginer, une heure* après qu'un avion ait frappé une ville comme New-York, qu'un autre puisse encore frapper le Pentagone ?
Dans une telle situation, comment nos alliés ont-ils pu laisser une telle attaque se produire ?
J'aimerais que le Ministre de la Défense réponde à cela.
Le Ministre le la Défense :
Je n'ai rien préparé, je vais donc devoir improviser. Si une telle situation se produisait, alors la Défense enverrait des chasseurs pour abattre l'avion.
La Cour Constitutionnelle allemande a légiféré.
Dans le cas du Japon, notre réaction dépendrait de quelle sorte d'avion il s'agit, des personnes qui en seraient aux commandes, et quelles seraient leurs intentions.
Cependant, selon nos lois, il pourrait être difficile d'ordonner qu'on abatte un avion simplement parce qu'il vole à basse altitude.
Nous aurions probablement des forces de défense qui voleraient près de lui, et demanderaient une décision du Cabinet.
Si l'avion a beaucoup de personnes à son bord, nous aurions à débattre de l'action à entreprendre.
C'est arrivé il y a longtemps lorsqu'un Cesna s'est écrasé sur la maison d'une personne appelée Yoshio Kodama.
Il y a eu aussi un Vol de la compagnie All Japan Airlines qui a été détourné, et dont le pilote a été tué.
Ce serait mieux si rien de tel si rien de tel n'arrivait jamais, mais nous devons préparer de nouvelles lois pour de telles situations, et en débattre au Parlement.

Comme nous manquons de temps, j'aimerais présenter une nouvelle preuve.
Veuillez regarder ce panneau.
La première photo est l'une de celles qu'on voit souvent, des deux tours qui ont été frappées par les avions détournés.
Je pourrais comprendre que cela arrive juste après que les avions se soient écrasés, mais ici nous voyons de gros morceaux de matériaux parcourant une grande distance dans l'air.
Certains ont été projetés à 150 mètres.
Vous pouvez voir des objets voler sur cette image, comme s'il y avait eu une explosion.
Voici une photo extraite d'un livre. Elle montre à quelle distance les objets ont été projetés.
La troisième photo est celle d'un pompier qui a participé aux secours. Il parle d'une série d'explosions dans l'immeuble, qui ressemblait à une démolition professionnelle.
Nous ne pouvons pas passer de vidéos aujourd'hui, j'ai donc traduit ce que dit le pompier. Voici ce qu'il dit : "Ça faisait boom boom boom, comme des bruits d'explosions".

Une équipe japonaise constituée par des membres officiels du "fire department and the construction ministry" ont interrogé une survivante japonaise qui a dit que pendant qu'elle s'enfuyait, elle entendit des explosions. Ce témoignage figure dans un rapport rédigé avec l'aide du "fire department and the construction ministry".
Maintenant, j'aimerais vous montrer l'image suivante. Normalement, on dit que les Tours Jumelles (WTC1 et 2) se sont effondrées parce qu'elles ont été frappées par des avions. Cependant, à un bloc des tours jumelles se trouvait la Tour n°7 (WTC7).
On peut voir sur la carte suivante qu'elle se trouvait à un paté de maison. Cette tour s'est écroulée 7 heures après l'attaque des tours jumelles.
Si je pouvais vous montrer une vidéo, il serait facile de comprendre mais regardez cette photo.
C'est un immeuble de 47 étages qui est tombé de cette manière.
La tour s'effondre en 5 ou 6 secondes. C'est à peu près la même vitesse à laquelle un objet tombe dans le vide.
Cette tour tombe comme ce que vous pourriez voir dans un spectacle de Kabuki. Aussi, elle tombe en conservant sa forme géométrique.
Rappelez vous qu'elle n'a pas été frappée par un avion. Vous devriez vous demander si une tour pourrait s'écrouler de cette manière à cause d'un incendie de 7 heures.
Ici, nous avons une copie du Rapport de la Commission du 9/11. C'est un rapport publié par le gouvernement américain en juin 2004, pourtant il ne mentionne pas l'effondrement de la tour dont je viens de vous parler. Elle n'est mentionnée nul part dans ce rapport.
Le FEMA a également publié un rapport mais il a également omis de mentionner cette tour (WTC7).
Beaucoup de personnes pensent, surtout après avoir pris connaissance de l'histoire de la Tour n°7, que quelque chose est étrange.
Comme il s'agit d'un accident où de nombreuses personnes sont décédées, de nombreuses pistes devraient être étudiées.

Nous manquons de temps mais j'aimerais également mentionner les options de vente (vente d'actions suspectes avant le 11 septembre).
Juste avant les attaques du 11 septembre, le 6, 7 et 8, il y a eu des placements d'options sur les actions des 2 compagnies aériennes (Americain et United airlines) qui furent détournées par les pirates.
Il y eut également des options de vente sur Merril Lynch, l'un des plus grands locataires du World Trade Center.
En d'autres termes, quelqu'un savait qu'il fallait faire des paris à la baisse sur ces actions pour faire fortune.
Ernst Welteke, chef de la banque centrale allemande à l'époque, l'équivalent du gouverneur de la banque du Japon, a dit qu'il y avait beaucoup de faits qui prouvent que les personnes impliquées dans les attaques profitèrent d'informations confidentielles.
Il dit qu'il y a eu beaucoup de négociations suspectes impliquant des sociétés financières avant les attentats.
Le chef de la banque centrale allemande voulait que cela se sache.
J'aimerais interroger le Ministre des Finances à propos de ces options de vente.
Est-ce que le gouvernement japonais était au courant et que pensez-vous de cela ?

J'étais au Burkina Fasso, en Afrique, quand j'entendis parler de l'accident.
J'ai décidé de m'envoler directement pour les Etats-Unis mais quand je suis arrivé à Paris, on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de vols pour les Etats-Unis.
Donc, j'ai seulement entendu ce qui a été rapporté plus tard sur ces événements.
Je sais qu'il y a plusieurs rapports sur les points que vous soulevez.
Ainsi, nous avons rendu obligatoire que les personnes fournissent un ID (identifiant) pour les transactions sécurisées et les transactions suspectes, et nous avons décrété que le financement des organisations terroristes était un crime.
En tous les cas, le terrorisme est une chose horrible et doit être condamné.
Le terrorisme ne peut pas être arrêté par un seul pays mais a besoin, pour être arrêté, de toute la communauté internationale.

Les options de vente sont un pari de vendre des actions à un certain prix à un certain moment.
Dans ce cas, quelqu'un doit avoir eu des informations confidentielles pour effectuer ce genre de transaction car normalement, personne ne peut prédire que des avions de ces compagnies aériennes vont être détournés.
Par conséquent, je crois que c'était certainement un cas de délit d'initiés.

Je pense que ce sont les citoyens du monde qui en sont les victimes.

Parlons des boîtes noires évaporées, des avions évaporés, des restes évaporés.
