Weatherman radar gets jammed by chemtrails-Military testing

Chemtrails are totally IN YOUR FACE SMOKING GUN visible and covering the skies above about 6 billion people every day all over the globe.
A couple of million of us spend several hours a day chanting, "The Sky is Falling, The Sky is Falling!" and still they remain oblivious to that which is glaringly obvious. How can that be?
