Special Report - Scientists and Researchers From Hong Kong And Turkey Claim To Have Found Remnants Of Noah's Ark

A team of scientists and researchers from Hong Kong and Turkey claimed to have discovered the remains of Noah's Ark on top of Mount Ararat in Turkey. In the summer of 2007, the fourth expedition to Mount Ararat yielded results. Inside a cave on the mountain they discovered a wooden structure measuring 11.5 meters in width and 2.6 meters in height. The findings are not only a significant breakthrough in the search for the remains of the Ark but is also backed by filmed documentation and material evidence. In August 2006, Mr. Ahmet Ertugrul a Turkish explorer reported an unusual finding, a large wood structure on top of the mountain that he believed to be the remnants of the ark. Samples were collected and sent to Hong Kong to undergo scientific analysis and tests. Petrographic examinations conductedby the Applied Geoscience Center of the Department of Earth Sciences at Hong Kong University clarified that the samples sent were from a petrified wooden structure.A number of expeditions from Turkey and Hong Kong set out for Mount Ararat to investigate further but were forced to postpone a number of times due to bad weather, fast flowing water and wild bears.01/22/08
