This reunion, this Summit, will be held in the United States, on next November 15th (2008).
This reunion, I'm telling you my fellow citizen, must not be pointless.
And because the ones who's responsible for this actual situation must not be the ones that find the new solutions.
The World Summit to restructure capitalism, was proposed by Europe.
The New World Order, will be built around the Europe proposition.
The Europe must have the means to take their role in this uprising new world.
The Europe must prepare itself, the Europe must not be the adjustable variable of the new world order.
In the coming world, the Europe will need a greater philosophy of the will than before.
More than ever, the Europe become aware of they we need a economic government, that we just experienced, the utility of it.
This economic government, is naturally Europe who must be the framework.
Our economic strategy, must not only permit us to do better, it must permit us to give the best chance possible to succeed in this reorganizing world.
In this world, the competition will not be easier, will be be harder.
And to sell or products, to attract investments, to keep our business and jobs,to increase our purchasing power, we must be more competitive, we must work more... We are the only country in the world who works only 35 hours a week. Fortunately, the government of Francois Fillion freed us from this. No country in the world made the choice to work less. How can it work?
That the impositions of shops opening on Sunday must get fiercely be more flexible. The structural reforms engaged since the Presidential election aren't less necessary, less urgent for critical situation, I think, on the contrary, these structural reforms are more required than ever, and I must accelerate the pace, rather than slowing down.
A reform is necessary, but it's not sufficient.

Project LCROSS - NASA will bomb the moon

The NASA's The Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite [LCROSS] spacecraft is expected to impact the surface of the moon at the south pole on Friday, October 9, 2009, 7:30 AM EDT.

"The LCROSS mission is a search for water on the moon. The LCROSS mission is going to do this by sending a rocket crashing into the moon causing a big impact and creating a crater, throwing tons of debris and potentially water ice and vapor above the lunar surface. This impact will release materials from the lunar surface that will be analyzed for the presence of hydrated minerals which would tell researchers if water is there or not. The two main components of the LCROSS mission are the Shepherding Spacecraft (S-S/C) and the Centaur upper stage rocket. The Shepherding Spacecraft guides the rocket to a site selected on the moon that has a high probability of containing water. Because they have only one chance with this mission in finding water, the researchers have to be very precise where they program the Shepherding Spacecraft to guide the rocket.

The Shepherding Spacecraft and Centaur rocket are launched together with another spacecraft called the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO). All three are connected to each other for launch, but then the LRO separates one hour after launch. The Shepherding Spacecraft guides the Centaur rocket through multiple Earth orbits, each taking about 38 days. The rocket then separates from the Shepherding Spacecraft and impacts the Moon at more than twice the speed of a bullet, causing an impact that results in a big plume or cloud of lunar debris, and possibly water. While this is happening the Shepherding Spacecraft, which has scientific instruments on-board including cameras, is taking pictures of the rocket’s descent and impact into the moon. Four minutes later, the Shepherding Spacecraft follows almost the exact same path as the rocket, descending down through the big plume and analyzing it with special instruments. The analysis is specifically looking for water (ice and vapor), hydrocarbons and hydrated materials. The Shepherding Spacecraft is collecting data continuously and transmitting it back to Earth before its own demise. This crash will be so big that we on Earth may be able to view the resulting plume of material it ejects with a good amateur telescope."

REMOTE-CONTROLLED insects may sound like the stuff of science fiction, but they have already been under development for some time now. In 2006, for example, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, the Pentagon's research and development branch) launched the Hybrid Insect Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems program, whose ultimate aim is to turn insects into unmanned aerial vehicles.

Such projects provide proof of principle, but have met with limited success. Until now, that is. In the open access journal Frontiers in Integrative Neuroscience, a team of electrical engineers led by Hirotaka Sato of the University of California, Berkeley, report the development of an implantable radio-controlled neural stimulating device, with which they demonstrate, for the very first time, the accurate control of flight in freely flying insects.

The miniaturized system developed by Sato and his colleagues is mounted onto the pronotum (the dorsal, or upper, plate of the exoskeleton), and consists of electrodes implanted into the brain and wing muscles and a microbattery. Flight commands to start and stop flight and control the insect's elevation and turning were generated on a personal computer running specialized software, and transmitted to a microcontroller equipped with a radio transceiver.

The device is much simpler to program and use than similar ones developed previously, because it makes implicit use of the beetle's own flight control capabilities. The researchers found that flight could be initiated by simply applying a single pulse of electrical stimulation via the electrodes implanted into the left and right optic lobes. A single pulse from the same electrodes was also sufficient to stop the wing beats. Exactly how this occurs is unclear; it is known that visual inputs can initiate flight in locusts and fruit flies, and the researchers speculate that stimulation of the optic lobe activates large diameter "giant fibre" motor neurons which project from the brain to the wing muscles.

Once initiated, flight continued in the absence of further stimulation. The beetle powers its own flight, and levels with the horizon on its own, so that the neural and muscle stimulators are only used when a change in orientation or elevation is required. Turning could be initiated by asymmetrical stimulation of the muscles at the base of the wings, with a left turn being triggered by an electrical pulse to the right flight muscle, and vice versa. The stimulator could also be used to modulate the frequency of wing oscillations, which caused changes in altitude.

Electrically-controllable insects have obvious military applications. They could be used as micro air vehicles for reconnaissence missions, or as couriers which deliver small packages to locations that are not easily accessible to humans or terrestrial robots. The beetles used here (Mecynorrhina torquata) are among the largest of all insect species, and are capable of carrying addditional loads of up to 30% of their 8g body weight. But they could also be very useful to researchers who study insect mating behaviour, the foraging behaviour of insect predators, and flight dynamics and energetics.

September 21, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A University of Chicago researcher died after being exposed to a strain of bacteria that causes plague. And Malcolm Casadaban's family wants answers.

The Chicago Department of Public Health says there's no sign anyone else was exposed to the bacteria.

The tragic irony is that Professor Casadaban had been trying to develop a vaccine so that thousands of people around the world wouldn't die a painful, ugly death from a bacterial infection related to the plague. But it was that bacterium that appears to have killed him

"We really thought he was so strong, we didn't see this coming at all," said Leigh Casadaban, daughter.

Not only did they not see it coming, but sisters Leigh and Brooke Casadaban say their father never knew what killed him.

"It was just so much of a shock, even the time he was in the ER, from the moment he got accepted to the time he passed away. We had no idea, we didn't even get to say goodbye to him," said Brooke Casadaban.
Malcom Casadaban was a professor of molecular genetics at the University of Chicago for 30 years.

For the past eight years, his daughters say, he'd been working with a strain of bacteria called yersinia pestis, trying to develop a stronger vaccine for the plague, once the world's worst health scourge.

The weakened strain he was using, however, isn't supposed to make healthy people sick.

And that is the big mystery now for investigators with the Centers for Disease Control and the state and city public health departments who've been looking for clues at the U. of C. labs.

"Was it a change in the organism, something about the person infected that made him uniquely susceptible? We don't really know the answers yet," said John Easton, University of Chicago Medical Center.

"It was hurtful because we remember our father as very healthy. He rode his bike to work, never smoked, never drank," said Brooke Casadaban.
Brooke and Leigh Casadaban say they're not satisfied with the answers they've been given so far.

How did their father, who had flu-like symptoms, enter the hospital a week ago Sunday morning and die 12 hours later with no one suspecting that it could be related to the plague?

Leigh, who is following in her father's footsteps, now attends her father's alma mater Massachusetts Institute of Technology, says it may be up to her to solve this.

"I plan to go to the lab to read his papers and notes and go and really understand what he was trying to do," said Leigh Casadaban.

Leigh and Brooke say they've been told that their father is the first person in the Chicago area to die from this bacterium, an infection that is usually cured with antibiotics. They say they're not eager to file a lawsuit. But they are wondering now if someone at the hospital or the university should have been able to spot this before

Iran downs strange bright craft over Persian Gulf

Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has targeted and downed an unidentified shining object after sighting it over Persian Gulf waters.

"Glowing objects were sighted over the Persian Gulf. IRGC air defense targeted one of the objects successfully, forcing it to plummet and sink in the seas off Boushehr (Province)," said top regional commander, Brigadier Ali Razmjou.

"The three bright objects were detected by our radars when flying over the Persian Gulf Islands of Khark and Khargou," he added, according to a Monday report posted on IRNA.

Brig. Razmjou explained that when the radars indicated that they were not Iranian aircrafts, the IRGC fired at the three objects. He also added that the fallen objects' remains have not been found yet.

The exact time and location of the sighting and downing of the weird aircraft has not been announced.

Through NATO, working with various Western European intelligence agencies, the CIA set up a network of stay behind “secret armies” which were responsible for dozens of terrorist atrocities across Western Europe over decades. This report will focus on the stay behind army in Italy, as it is the most documented. Its codename was Operation Gladio, the ‘Sword’.
An Overview

The Purpose of the ‘Stay Behind’ Armies

In the early 1950s, the United States began training networks of “stay behind” volunteers in Western Europe, so that in the event of a Soviet invasion, they would “gather intelligence, open escape routes and form resistance movements.” The CIA financed and advised these groups, later working in tandem with western European military intelligence units under the coordination of a NATO committee. In 1990, Italian and Belgian investigators started researching the links between these “stay behind armies” and the occurrence of terrorism in Western Europe for a period of 20 years.[1]

‘Secret Armies’ or Terrorist Groups?

These “stay behind” armies colluded with, funded and often even directed terrorist organizations throughout Europe in what was termed a “strategy of tension” with the aim of preventing a rise of the left in Western European politics. NATO’s “secret armies” engaged in subversive and criminal activities in several countries. In Turkey in 1960, the stay behind army, working with the army, staged a coup d’état and killed Prime Minister Adnan Menderes; in Algeria in 1961, the French stay-behind army staged a coup with the CIA against the French government of Algiers, which ultimately failed; in 1967, the Greek stay-behind army staged a coup and imposed a military dictatorship; in 1971 in Turkey, after a military coup, the stay-behind army engaged in “domestic terror” and killed hundreds; in 1977 in Spain, the stay behind army carried out a massacre in Madrid; in 1980 in Turkey, the head of the stay behind army staged a coup and took power; in 1985 in Belgium, the stay behind attacked and shot shoppers randomly in supermarkets, killing 28; in Switzerland in 1990, the former head of the Swiss stay behind wrote the US Defense Department he would reveal “the whole truth,” and was found the next day stabbed to death with his own bayonet; and in 1995, England revealed that the MI6 and SAS helped set up stay behind armies across Western Europe.[2]

The Birth of Operation Gladio

A ‘Strategy of Tension’

In 1990, the Italian Prime Minister had confirmed that Italy’s “stay behind” army, termed “Gladio” (Sword), existed since 1958, with the approval of the Italian government. In the early 1970s, Italy’s communist support was growing, so the government turned to a “Strategy of Tension” using the Gladio network. At a top secret 1972 Gladio meeting, one official referred to making a “pre-emptive attack” on the Communists. As the Guardian reported, links between Gladio in Italy, all three Italian secret services and Italy’s P2 Masonic Lodge were well documented, as the head of each intelligence unit was a member of the P2 Lodge.[3]

Setting up the Network

In 1949, the CIA helped set up the Italian secret armed forces intelligence unit, named SIFAR, staffed in part with former members of Mussolini’s secret police. It later changed its name to SID. At the end of World War 2, a former Nazi collaborator, Licio Gelli, was facing execution for his activities during the war, but managed to escape by joining the US Army Counter-Intelligence Corps. In the 1950s, Gelli was recruited by SIFAR. Gelli was also head of the P2 Masonic Lodge in Italy, and in 1969, he developed close ties with General Alexander Haig, who was then Assistant to National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger. Through this network, Gelli became chief intermediary between the CIA and General De Lorenzo, Chief of the SID.[4]

Gladio Creates ‘Tension’

Gladio was involved in a silent coup d’état in Italy, when General Giovanni de Lorenzo forced the Italian Socialist Ministers to leave the government.[5] On December 12, 1969, a bomb exploded at the National Agrarian Bank, which killed 17 people and wounded 88 others. That afternoon, three more bombs exploded in Rome and Milan. US intelligence was informed ahead of time of the bombing, but did not inform the Italian authorities.[6] In 2000, a former Italian Secret Service General stated that the CIA “gave its tacit approval to a series of bomb attacks in Italy in the 1960s and 1970s.”[7] The bombing was linked to two neofascists and to an SID agent.[8]

Testifying in a court case trying four men accused of involvement in the 1969 bank bombing in Milan, General Gianadelio Maletti, former head of military counter-intelligence from 1971 to 1975, stated that his unit discovered evidence that explosives were supplied to a right wing Italian terrorist group from Germany, and that US intelligence may have aided in the transfer of explosives. He was quoted as saying that the CIA, “following the directives of its government, wanted to create an Italian nationalism capable of halting what it saw as a slide to the left and, for this purpose, it may have made use of rightwing terrorism,” and that, “I believe this is what happened in other countries as well.”[9]

The Report

The Italian government released a 300-page report on Gladio operations in Italy in 2000, documenting connections with the United States. It declared that the US was responsible for inspiring a “strategy of tension.” In examining why those who committed the bombings in Italy were rarely caught, the report said, “those massacres, those bombs, those military actions had been organised or promoted or supported by men inside Italian state institutions and, as has been discovered, by men linked to the structures of United States intelligence.”[10]

The Red Brigades

The Red Brigades were a leftist Italian terrorist organization that was formed in 1970. In 1974, Red Brigade founders Renato Curcio and Alberto Franceschini were arrested. Alberto Franceschini later accused a top member of the Red Brigades, Mario Moretti, of turning them in, and that both Moretti and another leading Red Brigade member, Giovanni Senzani, were spies for the Italian and US secret services.[11] Moretti rose up through the ranks of the Red Brigades as a result of the arrest of the two founders.

The Red Brigades worked closely with the Hyperion Language School in Paris, which was founded by Corrado Simioni, Duccio Berio and Mario Moretti. Corrado Simoni had worked for the CIA at Radio Free Europe, Duccio Berio had been supplying the Italian SID with information of leftist groups and Mario Moretti, apart from being accused by the Red Brigades founders as being an intelligence asset, also happened to be the mastermind and murderer of former Italian Prime Minister, Aldo Moro. An Italian police report referred to the Hyperion Language School as “the most important CIA office in Europe.”[12]

Moro Makes Powerful Enemies

Aldo Moro, who served as Italy’s Prime Minister from 1963 until 1968 and later, from 1973 until 1976, was kidnapped and murdered by the Red Brigades in 1978, while still a prominent politician in the Christian Democrat Party. When he was kidnapped, Moro was on his way to Parliament to vote on inaugurating a new government, of which he negotiated, for the first time since 1947, to be backed by the Italian Communist Party (PCI). Moro’s policy of working with and bringing the Communists into the government was denounced by both the USSR and the United States.

Kissinger’s Threat

Moro was held for 55 days before his eventual murder. The reasoning was for his plan to bring the Communist Party into the government. Four years prior to his death, in 1974, Moro was on a visit as Italian Prime Minister, to the United States. While there, he met with US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, who told Moro, “`You must abandon your policy of bringing all the political forces in your country into direct collaboration... or you will pay dearly for it.”[13]

Moro was “Sacrificed”

Steve Pieczenik, a former State Department hostage negotiator and international crisis manager, “claimed that he played a critical role in the fate of Aldo Moro.” Pieczenik “said that Moro had been "sacrificed" for the "stability" of Italy.” He had been sent to Italy by President Jimmy Carter on the day of Moro’s kidnapping to be part of a crisis committee, of which he said was “jolted into action by the fear that Moro would reveal state secrets in an attempt to free himself.” The action the committee took was to leak a memo saying that Moro was dead, and to have the memo attributed to the Red Brigades. The purpose of this was to “prepare the Italian public for the worst and to let the Red Brigades know that the state would not negotiate for Moro, and considered him already dead.”[14] In a documentary on the subject, Pieczenik stated that, “The decision was made in the fourth week of the kidnapping, when Moro's letters became desperate and he was about to reveal state secrets,” and that, “It was an extremely difficult decision, but the one who made it in the end was interior minister Francesco Cossiga, and, apparently, also prime minister Giulio Andreotti.”[15]

Moro’s Letters

Among Moro’s released letters, which he was writing while in captivity, he stated that he feared that a shadow organization, with “other secret services of the West ... might be implicated in the destabilisation of our country.”[16] During his interrogation while in captivity, Moro even referred to “Nato's anti-guerrilla activities.” However, the Red Brigades did not use this information,[17] perhaps because, according to the founders of the Red Brigades, the leader of the organization at the time of Moro’s kidnapping, Mario Moretti, was working for the Italian or US intelligence services.[18]

Maverick Journalist Killed by President?

Shortly after Moro’s death, Italian journalist, Mino Pecorelli, a man with “excellent secret service contacts,” voiced his suspicion in a 1978 article that Moro’s death was linked to Gladio, which was not officially acknowledged until 1990. A year after Moro’s death, Pecorelli was shot dead in Rome. He claimed that the kidnapping of Moro was committed by a “lucid superpower.” In 2002, former seven-term Prime Minister, Giulio Andreotti, was convicted of “ordering” Pecorelli's murder.[19] Pecorelli was about to publish a book “containing damaging criticisms of [Prime Minister Giulio] Andreotti by murdered Christian Democratic leader Aldo Moro.”[20]

The Bologna Bombing

On the morning of August 2, 1980, Italy experienced its worst-ever terrorist attack at Bologna train station, which killed 85 people, and wounded more than 200 others. A long and complicated investigation was undertaken, and eventually, a trial began. In 1988, four right-wing terrorists were sentenced to life in prison. Two other defendants were convicted of slandering the investigation, “Francesco Pazienza, a former financier linked to several criminal cases in Italy, and Licio Gelli, the former grandmaster of the so-called P-2 Masonic lodge.”[21] This is the very same Licio Gelli who happened to be a CIA intermediary for the head of Italian intelligence for the Gladio network. Although later on, Gelli was acquitted of the charges.

FBI False-Flag Goes Bust in NYC

NYPD Police Commissioner Ray Kelly disrupts FBI's False-Flag Operation and there is now a war between the FBI and the NYPD.

This is unfolding as we speak. Here is what happened:

The FBI on 9/10 alerts the NYPD to an upcoming "terrorist attack." But they went too far with their hype. They tell the NYPD that they are on the trail of something really big, "on the scale of September 11th" or something to that effect. They describe to the NYPD a Denver-based al Qaeda terrorist cell of Afghanis and Pashtuns in the employ of Osama bin Laden who are about to strike, providing some details about the men but little in the way of what they are planning. The important element is the timing and the hype. BIG BIG TERROR ATTACK BY OSAMA BIN LADEN AND AL QAEDA ON 9/11 ANNIVERSARY!!!

The purpose of this false-flag was to stampede public opinion in favor of the disastrous war in Afghanistan, which now requires 40,000 more troops according to General McChrystal. This is why all of the patsies are reported as being Afghanis and Pashtuns.

The NYPD naturally becomes very alarmed by the FBI's information and tells the FBI "we're gonna move on these guys", but the FBI says it wants to wait and gather more evidence, telling the NYPD they know where the men are and have them under around-the-clock surveillance. Here we want to be mindful of the terms "mole", "patsy" and "false-flag," intelligence parlance for an operative burrowed within a law enforcement agency, an innocent dupe, and an intelligence operation masqueradring itself as a terrorist event, respectively. The FBI moles instruct the NYPD to wait because they are protecting their patsies. If the patsies are in jail they can't be scapegoated after the false-flag is carried out.

NYC Police Commissioner Ray Kelly decides to ignore the FBI and gives an order, raiding three apartments in Queens on 9/14, but they don't find anything and no arrests are made.

The FBI is stunned and enraged that Commissioner Kelly ignored their authority and ruined their big false-flag operation. FBI goes ballistic. The tension between the two law enforcement agencies shoots through the roof.

Shortly afterward, the New York Daily News reports some kind of conflict between the NYPD and the FBI because of Commissioner Kelly's decision. Deputy Police Commissioner Paul Browne says "It is an utter fabrication that the FBI is furious with Kelly or that Kelly fought to shut down the action early", denying that there is any problem. Pay close attention to Browne's words, the truth always surfaces....

The FBI becomes frantic. Their false-flag operation has been blown after they ran all of this BIG HYPE. They have to come up with something and THEY ARE FURIOUS WITH COMMISSIONER KELLY AND THE NYPD...

Amazingly, as these developments are unfolding the New York Daily News somehow became aware of a "confidential five-page FBI document on police corruption" allegedly based upon statements made by John Alite, a Mafia turncoat who is cooperating with the government in it's prosecution of John Gotti Jr. Alite is said by the FBI to have named some very high profile NY police detectives - including the well-known and highly decorated Bo Dietl, whose storied career was made into the film "One Tough Cop" - as corrupt cops who fed information to the NY Mafia. A driver for Manhattan DA Robert Morgenthau was also accused, along with Suffolk County police officer Nicholas Tobia, was once honored as "cop-of-the-month" for busting a rapist and another well-known NYPD Detective named Joe Coffey.

So who told the New York Daily News about this "confidential" FBI report?

What the FBI has done to the NYPD here is something similar to what Karl Rove did to John Kerry during the 2004 US presidential race. Rove attacks Kerry's military background, right, his most formidable quality as a candidate. The FBI is doing the same thing in slandering these highly decorated and high-profile NYC/Suffolk County cops.

The FBI moles must have had a bout of temporary insanity or suffered some kind of emotional breakdown. Should we now expect Bo Dietl and all of these other accused gentlemen to face some kind of federal prosecution? Wow.

As of now the FBI is scrambling to produce something, anything for the sake of salvaging their blown operation.

VeriChip shares jump after H1N1 patent license win

(Reuters) - Shares of VeriChip Corp (CHIP.O) tripled after the company said it had been granted an exclusive license to two patents, which will help it to develop implantable virus detection systems in humans.
The patents, held by VeriChip partner Receptors LLC, relate to biosensors that can detect the H1N1 and other viruses, and biological threats such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, VeriChip said in a statement.

The technology will combine with VeriChip's implantable radio frequency identification devices to develop virus triage detection systems.

The triage system will provide multiple levels of identification -- the first will identify the agent as virus or non-virus, the second level will classify the virus and alert the user to the presence of pandemic threat viruses and the third level will identify the precise pathogen, VeriChip said in a white paper published May 7, 2009.

Shares of VeriChip were up 186 percent at $3.28 Monday late afternoon trade on Nasdaq. They had touched a year high of $3.43 earlier in the session.

Nommément, je les accuse de planifier la perte de la souveraineté de la France, la

suppression des droits civiques des citoyens français et le meurtre de masse de la

population française par le moyen d’une attaque biologique d’une ampleur sans équivalent simultanément avec la prise de contrôle de la France par un organisme transnational étranger et ceci sous le camouflage d’une campagne de vaccination obligatoire.





1. Entre avril 2009 et septembre 2009, les accusés ont conspirés délibérément, illégalement et sciemment et se sont entendus entre eux et avec d’autres personnes pour commettre un génocide de masse en planifiant un programme secret et institutionnel de vaccination de la population entière d’une ampleur sans précédent avec une substance non testée, le vaccin contre la grippe A. Ils l’ont fait en particulier en établissant des centres de vaccination spéciaux chargés d’être sécurisés et chargés expressément de ne pas se situer dans les hôpitaux ou les cabinets de médecins généralistes dans chaque département et en rédigeant des décrets qui suppriment les droits civiques du peuple français dans l’éventualité d’une urgence pandémique et autorisant par exemple la détention jusqu’à six mois sans l’audition d’un juge dans une campagne débutant le 28 septembre et ce pour une durée de quatre mois pour le profit politique et financier de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS) et des compagnies pharmaceutiques Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi et GSK.


2. En particulier, en août 2009, les accusés Bachelot-Narquin et Hortefeux, agissant de concert entre eux et avec d’autres firent circuler délibérément, illégalement et sciemment un document de 19 pages appelé

« Planification logistique d’une campagne de vaccination contre le nouveau virus A(H1N1) Circulaire vaccination 090824 » http://www.sante-jeunesse-sports.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/Circulaire_vaccination_090824.pdf (voir l’appendice 1)

aux préfets de chaque département et au préfets militaires.


Ils ont donnés des ordres systématiques et détaillés pour implémenter, coordonner et superviser la logistique d’un plan de vaccination forcée de toute la population française. Ce vaccin est une substance non testée, le vaccin contre la grippe A. Ils ont fait circuler ce plan en secret après avoir illégalement imposé la loi martiale à la suite de la déclaration par l’OMS d’état d’urgence de pandémie de niveau 6 sans la moindre évidence scientifique adéquate que la grippe A remplit les critères pour une pandémie et après que l’OMS ait plusieurs fois changé les critères pour justifier une déclaration de pandémie en Juin.


Quoiqu’il ne soit pas explicitement mentionné de vaccination obligatoire, le document expose comme objectif de préparer les infrastructures pour vacciner la population entière.


Les préfets de chaque département reçoivent des instructions détaillées sur comment se préparer à effectuer la vaccination de toute la population du département

aux moyens de

a. l’établissement de centre de vaccination spéciaux dans chaque département dans des bâtiments tels que les établissements d’enseignement supérieur

c'est-à-dire des installations médicales inadéquates. Il est demandé aux préfets d’exclure systématiquement et intentionnellement les hôpitaux et autres cabinets

des médecins généralistes dans un ordre explicite.


b. l’établissement d’installations sécurisées comprenant des serrures sécurisées

( Vor page 16 de « Planification logistique d’une campagne de vaccination contre le nouveau virus A(H1N1) Circulaire vaccination 090824 » ) ou les accusés prévoient que la majorité de la population sera vaccinée et dont le but apparent est de permettre aux vaccinations forcées de s’accomplir sous la contrainte physique dans des installations qui autorisent la restriction des gens avec des serrures et autres matériel de sécurité.


c. l’établissement d’une unité administrative basique, l’équipe de vaccination pandémique, avec un caractère militaire et assignée à vacciner 360 personnes toutes les quatre heures sans référence aux effets secondaires ou aux questions d’innocuité.


Dans les installations « normales » quatre équipes de vaccinations pandémiques

doivent travailler en quatre sessions de quatre heures pour vacciner 1400 personnes par jour soit 61 600 personnes sur l’ensemble de la campagne selon les calculs de Bachelot et Hortefeux.


Dans les installations sécurisées 2100 personnes sont censés se faire vacciner par jour par deux équipes travaillant en 3 sessions de quatre heures.


Mais comment moins d’équipes, soit deux équipes, travaillant moins longtemps peuvent elles vacciner davantage de gens si ce n’est en usant de la contrainte physique ?


Il est calculé dans le document que les installations sécurisées seront aptes à vacciner 92 400 personnes ( soit 184 800 injections ) sur l’ensemble de la campagne d’injections c'est-à-dire la majorité de la population.


d. l’établissement d’un système de surveillance et de suivi pour s’assurer que toute personne vivant en France est vaccinée.


3. Les accusés agissant de concert délibérément, illégalement et sciemment sont auteurs et aussi complices pour ordonné, encouragé, et prendre une part consentante aux plans et entreprises qui permettront à l’OMS (basé à Genève) et les compagnies pharmaceutiques qui siègent à un comité de conseil clé de l’OMS de déclarer un niveau de pandémie 6 sans évidence scientifique après avoir manipulé les statistiques pour justifier une déclaration de pandémie et des vaccinations forcées.


En consentant à cette fausse déclaration de pandémie de niveau 6 et en activant les mesures internes d’urgences pandémiques correspondantes en France, les accusés ont activés les mesures dans le plan national de pandémie -- qui incorpore des dispositions



des Régulations Internationales de Santé de l’OMS 2005 ( IHR) – qui autorise l’OMS à exercer un pouvoir exceptionnel sur les services de santé,de la police, et des militaires en France au travers d’un comité de crise auquel Bachelot et Hortefeux

semblent appartenir et qui suit les instructions de l’OMS.

Vaccination forcée, quarantaine et restriction des déplacements sont juste quelque unes des mesures autorisées par l’IHR et le plan national de pandémie.


En Juillet, Michèle Alliot-Marie a transmis dans le plus grand secret, aux chefs des tribunaux un plan pour dépouiller les droits civiques fondamentaux des gens sous le prétexte d’une urgence pandémique dans le but d’atteindre des objectifs alignés sur ceux de l’OMS et l’IHR.

Par leur déclaration de pandémie sans évidence scientifique adéquate et sur des bases mensongères, les accusés font de la sorte la France un territoire sous la loi martiale et occupé par une puissance belligérante, spécialement par l’OMS et l’ONU

conformément au Régulations Internationales de Santé 2005 et du plan national français de pandémie, dépouillant ainsi le peuple de France de ses droits civiques mais aussi de sa souveraineté sous le prétexte d’une urgence et « à organiser la continuité de l’action de l’État et de la vie sociale et économique, ainsi que le maintien de l’ordre public et du respect de la loi dans un contexte dégradé ( page 9 http://www.pandemie-grippale.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/PLAN_PG_2009.pdf)


4. Les accusés agissant de concert délibérément, illégalement et sciemment sont auteurs et complices pour prendre une part consentante aux plans assurant un profit colossal de toute campagne de vaccination de masse aux compagnies pharmaceutiques en commandant pour 94 millions de doses de vaccins de la part des compagnies Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi Aventis et GSK à la suite de la déclaration du niveau 6 de pandémie de l’OMS et de la recommandation pour une vaccination de masse émis par l’OMS en Juillet sur l’avis du conseil d’administration ou siégeait les cadres des mêmes compagnies Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi et GSK dans un conflit d’intérêt flagrant.


5. Les accusés agissant de concert délibérément, illégalement et sciemment sont auteurs et complices pour prendre une part consentante aux plans permettant aux compagnies pharmaceutiques d’accéder au marché français en contournant les tests cliniques adéquats notamment en souscrivant aux « non exigences relatives aux essais cliniques » pour vaccins pandémiques sous la directive européenne

Ou il est n’est même pas requis de preuve de l’efficacité du vaccin.

4.2.11 Preuve du concept de protection :

« L’efficacité protectrice des vaccins qui sont le sujet de cette directive ne peut être établie dans des essais cliniques »

Cela signifie que le vaccin devant être administré aux Français ne sera pas prouvé

avoir un effet protecteur et n’aura pas besoin de l’être pour obtenir une licence sur le marché.


Par ce moyen et d’autres stratagèmes, les accusés visent à éluder les garanties de sécurité et dissimuler au peuple français la nature létale du vaccin contre la grippe A


6. Les accusés agissant de concert avec d’autres délibérément, illégalement et sciemment sont auteurs d’un plan visant à infliger des dégâts corporels illimités au peuple français par le biais d’un programme de vaccination obligatoire en n’introduisant dans leur document de 19 pages aucun mécanisme d’abandon de ce programme y compris dans l’éventualité ou il résulterait des blessures et des morts suite aux vaccinations de masse bien que l’Agence Médicale Européenne

elle-même dit que la sécurité des vaccinations se doit d’être surveillé lorsqu’ administré à grande échelle tout particulièrement quand leur adéquation n’aura

pas été prouvé lors de tests cliniques.


Les accusés, en particulier, Mme Bachelot-Narquin, une pharmacienne de profession,

doivent avoir connaissance du programme de vaccination de masse aux USA en 1976

qui du être stoppé en raison des blessures et des morts provoqués, entraînant des réclamations de milliards de dollars aux compagnies pharmaceutiques


7. Les accusés sont délibérément, illégalement et sciemment responsables de promouvoir les plans de l’OMS, des compagnies de vaccin étrangère et de leurs détenteurs institutionnels de lancer une guerre biologique secrète et non déclarée contre le peuple français par le moyen de vaccins « contre la grippe A » toxiques et classifiés armes biologiques par les régulateurs de l’union européenne et des USA, en particulier les vaccins de Novartis et GSK contenant des métaux lourds, des virus vivants et l’adjuvant squalène.


Le squalene a causé le syndrome de la guerre du Golfe chez les vétérans américains et britanniques de la guerre du Golfe et est illégal aux USA et au Royaume Uni.

Le Dr. Anders Bruun Laursen du Centre de Recherche sur la Globalisation fait remarquer que le squalene, un adjuvant dans certains vaccins pandémiques a été interdit d’usage au Pentagone par un juge du tribunal fédéral en 2004 en raison de sa contribution au syndrome de la guerre du Golfe.

Quel est le danger avec les vaccinations contre la grippe A ?

The White House has now conceded that Rep. Joe Wilson was exactly right when he accused President Obama of lying when Mr. Obama denied that illegal aliens would be covered under the government takeover of health care.



Wilson knew that every attempt to deny coverage to “undocumented immigrants” had been voted down by Democrats, and that there was no verification method or enforcement mechanism in place to keep them from getting taxpayer-subsidized health insurance.



Last night, the White House caved, releasing a statement saying that the administration is now backing a proposal that says, “Verification will be required when purchasing health insurance on the exchange,” and specifically mentions the SAVE program (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) that states currently use to make sure illegals don’t consume taxpayer-funded benefits that are reserved for legal residents.



The bottom line here is that if Rep. Wilson hadn’t “called out” the president, this concession never would have occurred. It turns out that everybody who supports sound immigration policy but who condemned the Congressman – including House Republicans that forced Wilson to apologize publicly - now owes him an apology. Don’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

A rocket experiment set to launch Tuesday aims to create artificial clouds at the outermost layers of Earth's atmosphere.

The project, called the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE), plans to trigger cloud formation around the rocket's exhaust particles. The clouds are intended to simulate naturally-..occurring phenomena called noctilucent clouds, which are the highest clouds in the atmosphere.

"This is really essentially at the boundary of space," said Wayne Scales, a scientist at Virginia Tech who will use computer models to study the physics of the artificial dust cloud as it's released. "Nothing like this has been done before and that's why everybody's really excited about it."

The experiment is the first attempt to create artificial noctilucent clouds. A previous spacecraft, called Aeronomy of Ice in the Mesosphere (AIM), launched in 2007 to observe the natural clouds from space.

CARE is slated to launch Tuesday between 7:30 and 7:57 p.m. EDT (2330 and 2357 GMT) from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.

Noctilucent means "night shining" in Latin. Although difficult to spot with the naked eye, the clouds are best visible when Earth's surface is in darkness and sunlight from below the horizon illuminates the high-altitude clouds.

These clouds, also known as polar mesospheric clouds, are made of ice crystals. The natural ones tend to hover around 50 to 55 miles (80 to 90 km) above the Earth. CARE will release its dust particles a bit higher than that, then let them settle back down to a lower altitude.

"What the CARE experiment hopes to do is to create an artificial dust layer," Scales told SPACE.com. "Hopefully it's a creation in a controlled sense, which will allow scientists to study different aspects of it, the turbulence generated on the inside, the distribution of dust particles and such."

CARE is a project of the Naval Research Laboratory and the Department of Defense Space Test Program. The spacecraft will launch aboard a NASA four-stage Black Brant XII suborbital sounding rocket.

Scientists will study its progress from ground based instruments as well as the STP/NRL STPSat-1 spacecraft in Earth orbit. Researchers will track the CARE dust cloud for days or even months to study its behavior and development over time.

Because the optical observations are crucial, the launch can only take place if the weather is clear both at the launch site and at multiple observation stations along the Atlantic coast and in Bermuda.

If CARE cannot launch Tuesday, the team can try again between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20.

Has Osama Bin Laden been dead for seven years - and are the U.S. and Britain covering it up to continue war on terror?

The last time we heard a squeak from him was on June 3 this year.
The world's most notorious terrorist outsmarted America by releasing a menacing message as Air Force One touched down on Saudi Arabian soil at the start of Barack Obama's first and much vaunted Middle East tour.
Even before the new President alighted at Riyadh airport to shake hands with Prince Abdullah, Bin Laden's words were being aired on TV, radio and the internet across every continent.

It was yet another propaganda coup for the 52-year-old Al Qaeda leader. In the audiotape delivered to the Arab news network Al Jazeera, Bin Laden said that America and her Western allies were sowing seeds of hatred in the Muslim world and deserved dire consequences.
It was the kind of rant we have heard from him before, and the response from British and U.S. intelligence services was equally predictable.
They insisted that the details on the tape, of the President's visit and other contemporary events, proved that the mastermind of 9/11, America's worst ever terrorist atrocity, was still alive - and that the hunt for him must go on.

Bin Laden has always been blamed for orchestrating the horrific attack - in which nearly 3,000 people perished - eight years ago this week. President George W. Bush made his capture a national priority, infamously promising with a Wild West flourish to take him 'dead or alive'.
The U.S. State Department offered a reward of $50million for his whereabouts. The FBI named him one of their ten 'most wanted' fugitives, telling the public to watch out for a left-handed, grey-bearded gentleman who walks with a stick.

Yet this master terrorist remains elusive. He has escaped the most extensive and expensive man-hunt in history, stretching across Waziristan, the 1,500 miles of mountainous badlands on the borders of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Undeterred, Barack Obama has launched a fresh operation to find him. Working with the Pakistani Army, elite squads of U.S. and British special forces were sent into Waziristan this summer to 'hunt and kill' the shadowy figure intelligence officers still call 'the principal target' of the war on terror.
This new offensive is, of course, based on the premise that the 9/11 terrorist is alive. After all, there are the plethora of 'Bin Laden tapes' to prove it.

Yet what if he isn't? What if he has been dead for years, and the British and U.S. intelligence services are actually playing a game of double bluff?
What if everything we have seen or heard of him on video and audio tapes since the early days after 9/11 is a fake - and that he is being kept 'alive' by the Western allies to stir up support for the war on terror?
Incredibly, this is the breathtaking theory that is gaining credence among political commentators, respected academics and even terror experts.
Of course, there have been any number of conspiracy theories concerning 9/11, and it could be this is just another one.
But the weight of opinion now swinging behind the possibility that Bin Laden is dead - and the accumulating evidence that supports it - makes the notion, at the very least, worthy of examination.
The theory first received an airing in the American Spectator magazine earlier this year when former U.S. foreign intelligence officer and senior editor Angelo M. Codevilla, a professor of international relations at Boston University, stated bluntly: 'All the evidence suggests Elvis Presley is more alive today than Osama Bin Laden.'
9/11: Bin Laden originally insisted in official press statements that he had played no role in the atrocity
Prof Codevilla pointed to inconsistencies in the videos and claimed there have been no reputable sightings of Bin Laden for years (for instance, all interceptions by the West of communications made by the Al Qaeda leader suddenly ceased in late 2001).
Prof Codevilla asserted: 'The video and audio tapes alleged to be Osama's never convince the impartial observer,' he asserted. 'The guy just does not look like Osama. Some videos show him with a Semitic, aquiline nose, while others show him with a shorter, broader one. Next to that, differences between the colours and styles of his beard are small stuff.'
There are other doubters, too. Professor Bruce Lawrence, head of Duke University's religious studies' department and the foremost Bin Laden expert, argues that the increasingly secular language in the video and audio tapes of Osama (his earliest ones are littered with references to God and the Prophet Mohammed) are inconsistent with his strict Islamic religion, Wahhabism.

He notes that, on one video, Bin Laden wears golden rings on his fingers, an adornment banned among Wahhabi followers.

This week, still more questions have been raised with the publication in America and Britain of a book called Osama Bin Laden: Dead or Alive?
Written by political analyst and philosopher Professor David Ray Griffin, former emeritus professor at California's Claremont School of Theology, it is provoking shock waves - for it goes into far more detail about his supposed death and suggests there has been a cover-up by the West.
The book claims that Bin Laden died of kidney failure, or a linked complaint, on December 13, 2001, while living in Afghanistan's Tora Bora mountains close to the border with Waziristan.
His burial took place within 24 hours, in line with Muslim religious rules, and in an unmarked grave, which is a Wahhabi custom.
The author insists that the many Bin Laden tapes made since that date have been concocted by the West to make the world believe Bin Laden is alive. The purpose? To stoke up waning support for the war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan.
To understand Griffin's thesis, we must remember the West's reaction to 9/11, that fateful sunny September day in 2001. Within a month, on Sunday, October 7, the U.S. and Britain launched massive retaliatory air strikes in the Tora Bora region where they said 'prime suspect' Bin Laden was living 'as a guest of Afghanistan'.
This military offensive ignored the fact that Bin Laden had already insisted four times in official Al Qaeda statements made to the Arab press that he played no role in 9/11.
Indeed, on the fourth occasion, on September 28 and a fortnight after the atrocity, he declared emphatically: 'I have already said I am not involved. As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. I had no knowledge... nor do I consider the killing of innocent women, children and other humans as an appreciable act.'
Within hours of the October 7 strikes by the U.S. on Tora Bora, Bin Laden made his first ever appearance on video tape. Dressed in Army fatigues, and with an Islamic head-dress, he had an assault rifle propped behind him in a broadly lit mountain hideout. Significantly, he looked pale and gaunt.
Although he called President George W. Bush 'head of the infidels' and poured scorn on the U.S., he once again rejected responsibility for 9/11.
'America was hit by God in one of its softest spots. America is full of fear, from its north to its south, from its west to its east. Thank God for that.'
Then came a second videotape on November 3, 2001. Once again, an ailing Bin Laden lashed out at the United States. He urged true Muslims to celebrate the attacks - but did not at any time acknowledge he had been involved in the atrocity.
And then there was silence until December 13, 2001 - the date Griffin claims Bin Laden died. That very day, the U.S. Government released a new video of the terror chief. In this tape, Bin Laden contradicted all his previous denials, and suddenly admitted to his involvement in the atrocity of 9/11.
The tape had reportedly been found by U.S. troops in a private home in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, after anti-Taliban forces took over the city. A label attached to it claimed that it had been made on November 9, 2001.
Bush made Bin Laden's capture a national priority, claiming he could get his man - dead or alive
The tape shows Bin Laden talking with a visiting sheik. In it, he clearly states that he not only knew about the 9/11 atrocities in advance, but had planned every detail personally.
What manna for the Western authorities! This put the terrorist back in the frame over 9/11. The Washington Post quoted U.S. officials saying that the video 'offers the most convincing evidence of a connection between Bin Laden and the September 11 attacks'.
A euphoric President Bush added: 'For those who see this tape, they realise that not only is he guilty of incredible murder, but he has no conscience and no soul.'
In London, Downing Street said that the video was 'conclusive proof of his involvement'. The then Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, added: 'There is no doubt it is the real thing. People can see Bin Laden there, making those utterly chilling words of admission about his guilt for organising the atrocities of September 11.'
Yet Professor Griffin claims this 'confessional' video provokes more questions than answers. For a start, the Bin Laden in this vital film testimony looks different.

He is a weighty man with a black beard, not a grey one. His pale skin had suddenly become darker, and he had a different shaped nose. His artistic hands with slender fingers had transformed into those of a pugilist. He looked in exceedingly good health.
Furthermore, Bin Laden can be seen writing a note with his right hand, although he is left-handed. Bizarrely, too, he makes statements about 9/11 which Griffin claims would never have come from the mouth of the real Bin Laden - a man with a civil engineering degree who had made his fortune (before moving into terrorism) from building construction in the Middle East.
For example, the Al Qaeda leader trumpets that far more people died in 9/11 than he had expected. He goes on: 'Due to my experience in this field, I was thinking that the explosion from the gas in the plane would melt the iron structure of the building and collapse the area where the plane hit and all the floors above it only. That is all we had hoped for.' (In reality the Twin Towers' completely fell down).
The words of the true Bin Laden? No, says Griffin, because of the obvious mistakes. 'Given his experience as a contractor, he would have known the Twin Towers were framed with steel, not iron,' he says.
'He would also known that steel and iron do not begin to melt until they reach 2,800 deg F. Yet a building fire fed by jet fuel is a hydrocarbon fire, and could not have reached above 1,800 deg F.'
Griffin, in his explosive book, says this tape is fake, and he goes further.
'A reason to suspect that all of the post-2001 Bin Laden tapes are fabrications is that they often appeared at times that boosted the Bush presidency or supported a claim by its chief 'war on terror' ally, British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
'The confession tape came exactly when Bush and Blair had failed to prove Bin Laden's responsibility for 9/11 and both men were trying to win international public support, particularly in the Islamic world, for the anti-terrorist campaign.'
Griffin suggests that Western governments used highly sophisticated, special effects film technology to morph together images and vocal recordings of Bin Laden.
So if they are fakes, why has Al Qaeda kept quiet about it? And what exactly happened to the real Bin Laden?
The answer to the first question may be that the amorphous terrorist organisation is happy to wage its own propaganda battle in the face of waning support - and goes along with the myth that its charismatic figurehead is still alive to encourage recruitment to its cause.

As for the matter of what happened to him, hints of Bin Laden's kidney failure, or that he might be dead, first appeared on January 19, 2002, four months after 9/11.
This was when Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf told America's news show CNN: 'I think now, frankly, he is dead for the reason he is a kidney patient. The images of him show he is extremely weak.'
In his book, Professor Griffin also endorses this theory. He says Bin Laden was treated for a urinary infection, often linked to kidney disease, at the American Hospital in Dubai in July 2001, two months before 9/11. At the same time, he ordered a mobile dialysis machine to be delivered to Afghanistan.
How could Bin Laden, on the run in snowy mountain caves, have used the machine that many believe was essential to keep him alive? Doctors whom Griffin cites on the subject think it would have been impossible.
He would have needed to stay in one spot with a team of medics, hygienic conditions, and a regular maintenance programme for the dialysis unit itself.
And what of the telling, small news item that broke on December 26, 2001 in the Egyptian newspaper Al-Wafd? It said a prominent official of the Afghan Taliban had announced that Osama Bin Laden had been buried on or about December 13.
'He suffered serious complications and died a natural, quiet death. He was buried in Tora Bora, a funeral attended by 30 Al Qaeda fighters, close members of his family and friends from the Taliban. By the Wahhabi tradition, no mark was left on the grave,' said the report.
The Taliban official, who was not named, said triumphantly that he had seen Bin Laden's face in his shroud. 'He looked pale, but calm, relaxed and confident.'
It was Christmas in Washington DC and London and the report hardly got a mention. Since then, the Bin Laden tapes have emerged with clockwork regularity as billions have been spent and much blood spilt on the hunt for him.
Bin Laden has been the central plank of the West's 'war on terror'. Could it be that, for years, he's just been smoke and mirrors?
